We collect information you provide: name, mobile number, address, city, vehicle details, booking choices and notes. Partner applications include business and contact details. Contact messages include your email and message. Hosting services may process IP addresses, request logs and device information for operation and security.
Why we use it
We use information to manage accounts, process bookings, review partner applications, respond to messages and prevent misuse. Relevant booking details may be shared with the assigned provider to arrange service. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information to run the platform. We do not sell personal information or use contact submissions for promotional marketing.
Cookies and device storage
Session cookies support sign-in. Browser storage remembers your language, saved booking access and app preferences. Clearing browser storage may remove these saved settings. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Current simulated checkout does not collect real payment card details.
Storage and protection
Records are held in platform databases and limited to authorised operational access. We retain information for service support, security and applicable legal obligations, and review deletion requests individually. Infrastructure may process data outside the UAE, subject to applicable requirements. No online system is entirely risk-free.
Your choices and requests
You can edit saved details in Profile. Use the Contact page and choose Privacy request to ask about access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, subject to applicable law. We may need to verify your identity. Do not include passwords or payment card details in your message.
