Using Carwasher
Use the platform lawfully and provide accurate contact, vehicle and location details. Keep your login credentials and booking access links private. Do not submit false requests, misuse another person’s information or attempt unauthorised access.
Bookings and providers
A preferred slot is a request, subject to provider acceptance and local coverage. The booking identifies the provider when assigned. Prices, included services and any additional work must be agreed before service. Carwasher does not guarantee immediate acceptance or availability in every area.
Payments and examples
Current checkout payments are simulated; no real charges are collected. Example vendors, reviews, distances and prices are illustrative. They are not confirmation of a real service or verified customer review. Any future real payment terms will be shown before you pay.
Changes, cancellation and concerns
Use your booking controls where available or contact us with the booking reference to request a change or cancellation. No real refund is due for a simulated payment. Report service concerns or vehicle damage promptly, with relevant details and photos. Actual cancellation charges or refund terms, if applicable, must be disclosed before confirmation.
Access and your rights
We may restrict accounts used for abuse or security threats and update these terms when the service changes. These terms are subject to applicable UAE law and do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us for questions or complaints.
